Bankaltim Achieves 6 Medals in Porseni to XII in Bandung

Sports and Arts Week (Porseni) BPDSI ke XII Year 2017 themed "Together, Achievement, Legend" berlangung in Bandung West Java 24-27 August 2017.Porseni activities held biennially with the location of different provinces with the aim to improve silahturahmi between employees of the Regional Development Bank of Indonesia.

In the opening ceremony of Porseni BPDSI XII at Sasana Budaya Ganesha Bandung (24/8), President Director of BPD Kaltim Zainuddin Fanani and Chairman of Supervisory Board of BPD Kaltim Sulaiman Gafur had the opportunity to give a souvenir of hudoq and dancer statue as Kaltim and Kaltara identity to West Java Governor Ahmad Heryawan.

The branches are contested and competed in this event, all of which consist of 21 branches. Namely 12 sports and 9 branches of art followed by 27 BPD se Indonesia to fight 46 gold medals, 46 silver medals, 77 bronze medals, and trophies rotate the overall champion. In this activity, Bankaltim participated in 5 sports namely Golf, Chess, Futsal, Table Tennis, Badminton and 4 art branches namely MTQ, Adzan, Counting Money, and Fashion Show.

President Director Zainuddin Fanani, Credit Director Ismunandar Azis and other Division Leaders participated in the Executive Golf sport. Meanwhile, Compliance Director Andi Hadiwijaya down in badminton sports executive. In addition, the Director of Sharia and Human Capital Hairuzzaman attend and participate in providing support and motivation to the athletes in every sport and the arts that compete.

Consisting of 34 Athletes, 7 Officials and 12 People Committee, Bankaltim successfully won 6 medals in this national event, which is 3 gold produced by Table Tennis, Golf Achievement, and Individual Chess and 3 bronze produced by Team Chess, Badminton Executive , and MTQ.

Chairman of the Porseni Bankaltim contingent Muhammad Yamin thanked the accomplished athletes as well as the contingent committees who have supported and facilitated the athletes. "To other athletes I also thank you for striving to bring the name Bankaltim, in the hope of staying on the sport and art as a preparation for the next event, "he said.
