Bankaltim and District Government of Paser signed MoU of Village Financial Management

With the total of 139 village heads in Paser and their equipment attended the gathering, as well as the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on village government financial management. This is to support the village economy.
MoU was conducted between BPD Kaltim branch Tana Paser with District Government of Paser. Monday (20/2/2017).

Attending the event, President Director (Dirut) of BPD Kaltim Zainuddin Fanani and Head of Financial Services Authority (OJK) Kaltim Dwi Ariyanto. There is also Head District of Paser Yusriansyah Syarkawi who brought some officials. The event host is the Head of BPD Kaltim Branch Tana Paser Armiwinsih.

In his speech, Zainuddin Fanani said, BPD Kaltim as the most trusted partner of local government to manage finance, always give support for the regional economy continues to grow, especially at the village level.

Because, in addition to providing locally-generated revenue (PAD) through the shares of the Paser District Government to BPD Kaltim, Zainuddin Fanani said, the signing of MoU that just to help the village, to be able to manage the financial professionally, And develop the economy.

"With the village funds in BPD Kaltim, we sure that many benefits can be felt by the people. Our commitment is to develop the network to all corners of Sub-District, "said Zainuddin Fanani.

He also advised villages that have established Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes), to have a wide range of services and businesses. BPD Kaltim, according to him, will continue to support the existence of BUMDes.

Yusriansyah said the role of BPD Kaltim in the management of regional finance is very real.

The specific tips that will be given to the village apparatus on financial management are expected to improve the people's welfare. Since the flowing of allocation of village funds (ADD), many village officials have exposed over legal cases.

"With this cooperation, I believe the village officer can be protected from legal harassment. For BPD Kaltim, I am representing District Government of Paser expressed thankful for active participation in cooperation with local government, including distributing corporate social responsibility (CSR). Hopefully can be an example of other institutions to always maximize the benefits to the society, "said Yusriansyah.

As for Armiwinsih, Head of BPD Kaltim Branch Tana Paser, mention, village finance usually divided into two Ie the village funds (DD) sourced from the central government and the allocation of village funds (ADD) coming from the local government. This program has done in order that the funds are not misused and targeted. Because there are many requirements that must be done if want to use it. One of them is the approval of the local subdistrict head.

"The ease of this program, the village apparatus do not need to withdraw the cash if they want to pay to the miter. It can through us and the village just need to give the orders, then the funds are certainly safe to the destination. There are Rp110 billion of village funds that go to Paser this year and it is for 139 villages, "said Armi.
