Bankaltim Wins Best Bank BPD Award 2017

BPD Kaltim regained the 2nd position of Best BPD Bank in Indonesia in the Indonesian Banking Awards VI - 2017 organized by Perbanas in cooperation with the Economic Review of BUKU Category II (Assets Rp.10 T s / d 25 T).

BPD Kaltim also successfully won the award that led the Director of BPD Kaltim Zainuddin Fanani as The Best CEO of Bank 2017 Indonesian Local Bank Category. For this achievement, East Kalimantan Governor Awang Faroek Ishak also received the award for Best BPD Pembina in Indonesia 2017.

The three awards were received directly by the President Director of BPD Kaltim Zainuddin Fanani together with the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Sulaiman Gafur and Compliance Director Andi Hadiwijaya on the night of the Indonesian Banking Award VI-2017 at the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Singapore on Wednesday (23/8/2017 )

The awards ceremony is a series of Best Corporate Indonesia Seminar & Awards 2017 held by Economic Review-Economic Review Magazine (ER) with Perbanas Institute and IPMI International Business School.

The award was made in Singapore to welcome 50 years of relations between Indonesia and Singapore. The award received by BPD Kaltim is the result of the assessment based on the company's performance in 2016 in the category of finance, good corporate governance, risk management, legal, human capital, marketing, corporate social responsibility, information technology, and corporate communication.

President Director of BPD Kaltim said this award is an appreciation for Kaltara Kaltim Kaltim bank as well as a spirit for BPD Kaltim to continue to improve the best performance. "We are grateful for the appreciation given to Bankaltim. In the future, we will continue to improve our service and make innovations so that we can continue to produce the best performance, "said Zainuddin after receiving the award.

Meanwhile the Founder Economic Review - Hj. Irlisa Rachmadiana, SSn, MM revealed that the relationship that has been established well so far has been a step towards the Economic Review and the companies present to be global and go international. Separately Prof Dr Ir Marsudi Wahyu Kisworo, MSc, as well as Chairman of the Jury Council APBI-VI 2017 & ABPRI-V 2017 considered that there are a number of important aspects that receive special attention to be promptly fixed in the future by national banks. Among others are Financial Performance and Efficiency, Liquidity Risk and Credit Banking, Human Capital, Accounting and Fraund Practice (Fraund), and Information Technology and System.

He also explained that the Judging and Judging Process is conducted in an objective and fair manner. The assessment is based on various criteria such as annual report, website / published data, financial data and direct interviews with CEOs. "The ranks of the jury have provided tremendous support, they have been dedicated to determine the plenary winners of the best companies in the country, finally selected some of the best banking companies are announced today (23/8). The jury is not only quantitative but the jury also gives qualitative results of data and the deepening of material that if needed can be explained to the company concerned.
