Bankaltimara Customer Appreciation on National Customer Day

The commemoration of National Customer Day which is celebrated every September 4 is used as a momentum by the Regional Development Bank of East Kalimantan and North Kalimantan to appreciate customers.

All levels of the Board of Directors and other officials at Bankaltimtara meet face to face and serve customers directly at the Main Branch Office and Sharia Branch Office in Samarinda City, Tuesday (4/9).

Among them Bankaltimtara President Director Zainuddin Fanani, Credit Director Ismunandar Azis, Operations Director Muhammad Yamin and Compliance Director Andi Hadiwijaya visited Bankaltimtara Main Branch Office Samarinda and Director of Sharia and Human Capital Bankaltimtara Hairuzzaman visited the Samarinda Sharia Branch Office.

All Bankaltimtara Branch Offices, Sub-Branch Offices and Cash Offices celebrate National Customer Day in 2018. As a company focused on financial services, Bankaltimtara's Customer Day commemoration is to appreciate its customers in East Kalimantan and North Kalimantan.

According to Bankaltimtara's Managing Director Zainuddin Fanani, as a community service, all Bankaltimtara service offices must serve not to be served by the public, and as one form of hospitality at Bankaltimtara, namely by giving a smile 227.

"Smile 227 that is when we smile we draw the mouth to the right side 2 cm up, the left mouth 2 cm up, and do it for 7 seconds. Give a smile 227 to the people around us can generate enthusiasm and transmit happiness to others, "he said.
