Bankaltimtara Paser Opens Two New Offices

Complete services of PT BPD Kaltim-Kaltara or commonly called Bankaltimtara in Bumi Daya Taka (Paser). Because, from 10 sub-districts, two unserved sub-districts, Muara Komam and Muara Samu, have just opened their new offices. Muara Komam was opened by the Sub-Branch Office (KCP) located in the capital city of the sub-district on the Trans Kaltim route, while in Muara Samu, the Cash Office was in Muser Village.

The inauguration of the two new service units was carried out at the Muara Komam KCP yesterday (30/7). Present Managing Director (Managing Director) of PT BPD Kaltim-Kaltara Zainuddin Fanani, President Commissioner of BPD Kaltimtara Sulaiman Gafur, Head of Corporate Secretariat Abdul Haris Sahilin, accompanied by Head of Bankaltimtara Branch Tana Paser Basran, and Regency Secretary Paser Aji Sayid Fathur Rahman representing Regent Paser. As well as officials in the Paser OPD and Muara Komam Muspika.

In his remarks, Zainuddin said, the presence of two new office units complemented the existence of Bankaltimtara in all sub-districts in Paser. In addition, the signing of the Student Savings (Simple) cooperation with SMA 1 Muara Komam and the signing of the People's Business Credit (KUR) agreement is evidence of Bankaltimtara's seriousness in increasing financial inclusion early on to students and helping economic growth in the region which borders South Kalimantan.


"God willing, in the near future there will be several more units to be opened and prayers can be realized soon, namely in Pondong Baru Village, Kuaro District, and Tanjung Aru Village, Tanjung Harapan District," said Zainuddin, who also served in Paser.

With the opening of two units today, Zainuddin added, specifically in East Kalimantan alone, Bankaltimtara has included services in 101 sub-districts from 103 sub-districts in 10 regencies and cities. Only two sub-districts in Kutai Barat (Kubar) have not been reached.

Head of Bankaltimtara Branch Tana Paser Basran said, specifically in Paser, there are now five KCP services and six Cash Office services. He said, the sub-district and rural areas are now the focus of developing networks while helping to improve the economy of villagers with a variety of Bankaltimtara service products, including the opening of deposits for pilgrimage funds.

While Fathur Rahman said, the community of Muara Komam and Muara Samu were greatly helped by the opening of these two service units. The community does not need to go all the way to Batu Sopang to look for banking services.

"I hope, there will be a strengthening of the service system, especially in encouraging Medium, Small and Micro Business activities, and Cooperatives through business capital lending. "Banking services can also help suppress moneylenders' practices, which often bring negativity in people's lives," said the former East Kalimantan Setprov Assistant.
