Bankaltimtara Sulap Ex Home Office in Balikpapan is an ATM Drive Thru

PT Regional Development Bank Kaltim-Kaltara (Bankaltimtara) inaugurated the Drive Thru ATM located on Jalan DI Pandjaitan, Sumber Rejo, Balikpapan. The inauguration which took place on a beautiful date on Wednesday (12/12/2018) was carried out jointly by President Director of Bankaltimtara, Zainuddin Fanani and Mayor of Balikpapan, Rizal Effendi.

Zainuddin said, the presence of ATM Drive Thru in this crowded traffic area was the creativity of Bankaltimtara. Initially, the ATM Drive Thru land opposite the Jalan DI Pandjaitan Public Fuel Station (SPBU) was an official residence for Bankaltimtara employees. "But in the course of this official residence it was not feasible. Employees were also reluctant to stay in official homes. In fact, lastly, this land was used as a location for the accumulation of inventory in Bankaltimtara's office. So unsightly," said Zainuddin Fanani.

Not wanting its assets to be unproductive, Bankaltimara then put the former official residence's land in the 2018 business plan. The land that was previously unproductive was transformed into useful for the community and Bankaltimtara customers, by making the location of the ATM Drive Thru. "So we just turn it into an ATM Drive Thru. Besides being useful for the community, we also arrange it in such a way, with parks, so that it becomes unsightly," said Zainuddin Fanani.

Bankaltimtara's Drive Thru ATM, said Zainuddin Fanani, can be accessed by anyone. Even though it is not a Bankaltimtara customer. "So, ATM Bersama card holders can transact at this ATM. Hopefully this Drive Thru ATM can be an alternative location for Balikpapan's financial transactions," he said again.

Until now, Bankaltimtara already has six ATM Drive Thru units. The details are two in Samarinda, and one unit in Balikpapan, Tenggarong, Tarakan and Kutai Barat respectively. "Starting from the drivers of cars, motorbikes and even pedestrians, they can make transactions at ATM Drive Thru," said Zainuddin.

Meanwhile, Mayor of Balikpapan, Rizal Effendi appreciated the presence of Thru Bankaltimtara Drive ATM. Rizal Effendi revealed, currently national banks are growing rapidly. This was followed by Bankaltimtara, as one of the regional banks with excellent performance in Indonesia.

"We are proud of Bankaltimtara. Not only the best in terms of capital, Bankaltimtara also has the best management in Indonesia. A number of awards achieved by Bankaltimtara show that the bank's performance is on the right track," said Rizal Effendi. (*)
