Commitment to Care for Countryside Education, Bankaltim Distributes New Bags for Students in Biduk – Biduk

Bankaltim continued their commitment to contribute to education for the younger generation in East Kalimantan and North Kalimantan. For the third time, Bankaltim worked with the Community of 1000 Guru Samarinda who care about countryside education to distribute 89 new bags for the countryside students of Berau District. This bag is distributed through the routine activities of 1000 Guru Samarinda called Traveling and Teaching conducted at SDN 007Biduk - Biduk, Berau District.
 
Traveling and Teaching this time is held from 3 February until 5 February 2017. Traveling and Teaching activities have been held for nine times by 1000 Guru Samarinda. Traveling and Teaching are not just enjoying the country but also giving benefit to others by teaching and sharing with the countryside and border students in Indonesia.
 
SDN 007 Biduk - Biduk is the only educational facility in Teluk Sumbang, Subdistrict Biduk-Biduk, Berau District, East Kalimantan. They have to get out of the village by sea travel to other villages if they want to continue their education. The school with 89 students just has inadequate facilities, because this area is included in 3T area.
 
Bankaltim continues to support development for societies programs, one of which is a partnership with the community of 1000 Guru Samarinda to distribute a new Bag for 89 students in SDN No. 007 Biduk. This new bag was given directly by Mr. Oska Yaris Leader of BPD Kaltim Branch Tanjung Redeb as the representative of Bankaltim.
 
Bankaltim will resume their commitment to building development in East Kalimantan, and always be the Bank that the people in East Kalimantan and North Kalimantan proud of.
