Governor Inaugurated Members of the Supervisory Board of BPD Kaltim

East Kalimantan Governor Awang Farouk Ishak inaugurated Rusmadi Sekda East Kalimantan Province as a member of the Board of Independent Non-Independent BPD Kaltim, and Nazrin, East Kalimantan Province Economic Karo as a member of the Secretariat of BPD Kaltim Supervisory Board at Lamin Etam, Tuesday (25/10/2016).

The inauguration of the Board of Supervisory Board of BPD Kaltim was welcomed by Governor Awang Farouk who in his speech hoped that the two East Kalimantan officials could carry out the mandate and the duties imposed in BPD East Kalimantan supervision well.

"Until finally able to bring BPD Kaltim in more advanced conditions and achieve the best performance, both in the present and in the future," hope Awang.

Awang also stated that if the inauguration of BPD Kaltim Supervisory Board holds a very important meaning, as a manifestation and commitment to improve the management of BPD Kaltim in order to improve its function as Agent of Development, so that BPD Kaltim can become the motor of economy and development and become the community pride Kaltim.

"As governor I thank, to the leadership of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) who has provided support and conduct fit and proper test of the members of the Board of Trustees as mandated by the Act," said Awang.

Awang also expects, along with the inauguration to have a breakthrough marketing and banking services activities, and supervision that can be run well by new officials.

"BPD Kaltim would be able to show the figure as a bank that is superior, professional, trusted by the community and able to produce added value that is relied upon for the realization of economy and increasing of Original Regional Income of East Kalimantan," he explained.

To Rusmadi, and Nazrin Awang hopes to immediately create programs in the field of planned supervision, and systematic in line with the vision and mission of BPD Kaltim.

"This I remind you because the challenges faced in the future is not light, therefore the Supervisory Board should monitor the development of BPD Kaltim, so that Bank is not left behind.
