East Kalimantan Regional Development Bank (BPD Kaltim) officially changed its form into Limited Liability Company (PT) from previously as a regional company (Perusda). The changes are in accordance with the announcement submitted by the Pansus Chairman when reporting the final results of the Pansus work in the 30th Plenary Session of East Kalimantan DPRD on Friday (4/11/2016).

"After the draft regulation is passed, the Pansus also proposes that the DPRD leadership should immediately request a commission in charge of the next stage of the process, through hearings, particularly on the draft results of the company's articles of association, asset transfer, and Other important things, "said Herwan Susanto.

The process that will need to be passed, Herwan detailing among others:

Stipulate a notary for change of legal entity and establishment of deed of establishment and articles of association
Apply for a license to the OJK Financial Services Authority for a change of legal entity
Requesting the resolutions of the RUPS BPD Kaltim on the draft Deed of Establishment and the Articles of Association prepared by Notary.

Delivering the draft of deed of establishment to East Kalimantan DPRD Register the deed of establishment and the articles of association of a Bank made by a notary to the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia.

Apply for approval of transfer of business license to (OJK) from old legal entity into new legal entity.
