RUPS was attended by regional heads of East Kalimantan and North Kalimantan as shareholder representation. GSM Meeting was attended by Governor of East Kalimantan Awang Faroek Ishak, Governor of North Kalimantan, Irianto Lambrie, and Head Districts and Mayors from 14 districts/cities in East Kalimantan and North Kalimantan.

The agenda of RUPS is in the form of the submission of the report of financial accountability in 2016 to all shareholders.

"From the explanation that we have conveyed and continued with the shareholders, Alhamdulillah all share holders agreed to receive the accountability report of the board of directors of BPD Kaltim 2016," said Fanani.

He said BPD Kaltim later changed its name to the Regional Development Bank of East Kalimantan and North Kalimantan, abbreviated Bankaltimtara, which will be inaugurated this year.
